You may request deletion of your Medida account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Email support@medida.ai with the subject line:

“Delete My Medida Account”

Please include the email address associated with your Medida account. We may contact you to verify your request.

Data Deletion

Upon confirmation, we will delete your Medida account and associated personal data, including account information and app usage data.

Some information may be retained temporarily if required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Any retained data will be securely deleted once it is no longer required.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
